B2B & Bulk Lot Returns, Replacement and Warranty Policy

Bulk lots bought by verified B2B vendors are not covered by the single-unit return window and refund process above. Each lot has its own Warranty & Checking Policy, shown on the lot page before you bid or buy, and you accept a specific version of it with your bid or purchase.

What applies to your order, in this order of reference:

  1. The warranty & checking policy you accepted, saved with your order (see My orders). Later changes to the listing don't change it.
  2. The bulk lot listing and its manifest / QC report.
  3. Your order confirmation and any other terms agreed for the order.
  4. This page, our Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

The four warranty types a lot can have

Full lot warranty

  • The lot page shows the warranty duration, when it starts, what it covers, the exclusions and how to claim.
  • Claims follow that claim process within the stated period. The remedy (repair, replacement or another remedy) is the one set out in the lot's terms.
  • A warranty does not by itself mean a refund or a replacement.

Mixed warranty

  • Different products, grades or quantities in the same lot have different conditions. The lot page lists each line with its quantity and condition.
  • A claim is assessed against the line the unit belongs to (for example its grade or model), not against the best condition in the lot.
  • Some units may have a warranty, some a checking period only, and some no warranty.

Checking only

  • There is no repair or replacement warranty. You may check the units within the checking period shown for the lot.
  • The lot page states when the period starts, which checks are allowed, the deadline for reporting defects or differences, any evidence needed and how to report.
  • Problems reported after the deadline, or outside the allowed checks, may not be accepted.

No warranty

  • The lot is clearly marked “No warranty” before you bid or buy, with any disclosure the seller added.
  • No standard replacement or refund is promised. Any claim is handled under the order's agreed terms and applicable law.
  • Wrong products, quantity differences or transit damage can still be reported (see below).

Reporting a problem with a bulk order

Report every issue through a support ticket for the order (category B2B & Bulk Orders), within the reporting deadline in your lot's terms. Where the terms give no deadline, report it as soon as you find it. Each report is reviewed against the order's agreed terms and the evidence; a report does not automatically mean a replacement or refund.

Wrong product or model supplied

Evidence that helps: Photos of the units and their labels, IMEI / serial numbers, compared with the lot manifest.

Quantity mismatch

Evidence that helps: Unit count with IMEI / serial list, and an unboxing video if you have one.

Missing items or accessories

Evidence that helps: List of what is missing against the manifest or listing, and photos of the packaging.

Damaged in transit

Evidence that helps: Photos of the outer packaging and the damaged units, the courier AWB number, and any remark made on delivery.

Grade mismatch

Evidence that helps: Photos showing the condition of each affected unit, with its IMEI / serial number and the grade it was listed as.

Defect found within a checking period

Evidence that helps: As required by the lot's checking policy (shown on the lot and in your order), reported before its deadline.

Warranty claim within a stated warranty period

Evidence that helps: As required by the lot's claim process, with the IMEI / serial number and a description of the fault.

Nothing on this page limits any right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
